The Trauma Centre employs counsellors registered at a professional to deliver therapeutic counselling services. Most of the service delivery staff are currently registered as Social Auxiliary Workers or Social Workers at the South African Council for Social Services Professionals (SACSSP) or as registered counsellors at the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
The Trauma Centre has a team of highly skilled Trustees.
